How do we source the watch for you?
The watch sourcing procedure at The Luxury Hut is straightforward, and we keep it simple, ensuring the responsibility is ours. When you decide what you’re looking for, share the details with us. Whether you know the exact model name or just the basic elements like the year, size, dial colour, etc., you tell us what you’re looking for along with the budget. We will find and list down the best options on a no-obligation basis.
If you’re happy with any watch from the shared list and wish to go ahead and buy it, confirm with us over mail or agree in writing. This is the Final Specification email, and you pay us a 50% deposit of the watch amount so we can go and buy the watch for you. It is totally our responsibility to source the watch that you have asked from us while confirming.
You are only committed to the purchase and pay the remaining balance when the watch you described in the mail or during Final Specification matches the sourced piece. If not, we will refund your deposit. Please note that we refund your deposit only when the watch we sourced for you fails to meet the requirements you mentioned in the Final Specification. As we’ve purchased the watch specifically for you, we can’t refund you if you change your mind in between.
